Data Deletion & Privacy Requests

How to request deletion, correction or access to information you have provided.

Home/Data Deletion & Privacy Requests
Publication review required: This is a substantive working policy drafted for the Apsora corporate website. The business owner should confirm the company identity, contact email, governing law, actual suppliers and processing practices before publication. Product-specific terms are separate.

Last reviewed: 12 October 2026 · Applies to apsoratech.com corporate pages unless stated otherwise.

1. How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request" or use the contact form and select "Privacy / data request". Describe the information or service involved and how we can contact you.

Do not include passwords, full identity documents or sensitive account records in your first message. If evidence is needed, we will explain a more appropriate verification approach.

2. What to include

Provide the email address or identifier you used when contacting Apsora, the type of request (access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or another applicable right) and any relevant date or context.

If your request concerns a future or separate Apsora product, identify the relevant product domain so it can be routed to the appropriate controller or operator.

3. Identity and authority

To prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion, we may need to confirm control of the relevant email address or verify authority to act for another person. We aim to request only what is necessary for that purpose.

4. How requests are handled

We will review the applicable law, our control of the relevant information and any legitimate retention duties. We may correct or remove qualifying records or explain why an exception applies.

Records required to satisfy legal obligations, prevent misuse, handle disputes or maintain secure backups may be subject to limited exemptions or delayed removal as permitted by law.

5. Timing and escalation

Response deadlines are determined by applicable privacy laws and the specific request. We will not promise an unsupported universal processing deadline.

If you disagree with our response, explain your concern through the contact address. Depending on where you live, you may have a right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

6. Product accounts

The corporate website does not itself provide an active Chatwoot login or Commerce customer account. When separate product platforms become available, account-level deletion procedures will be published on their respective domains.

Questions about this policy?

Contact [email protected] or use the contact page. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive identity documents in an initial message.
